PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO SERTA PERTUMBUHAN ASET TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA SUB SEKTOR PARIWISATA YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, debt to equity ratio, dan pertumbuhan aset secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan. (2) Pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. (3) Pengaruh debt to equity ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) Pengaruh pertumbuhan aset terhadap nilai perusahaan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian adalah perusahaan Sub Sektor Pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan objek penelitian adalah ukuran perusahaan, debt to equity ratio, pertumbuhan aset, dan nilai perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) ada pengaruh signifikan dari ukuran perusahaan, debt to equity ratio, dan pertumbuhan aset secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 61,2%, (2) ada pengaruh negatif signifikan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 15,2%, (3) ada pengaruh positif signifikan debt to equity ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 43,8%, (4) ada pengaruh positif tidak signifikan pertumbuhan aset terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 3,7%.

The research is purpose to know about (1) The effect of firm size, debt to equity ratio, and asset growth simultaneously on the firm value. (2) The effect of firm size on the firm value. (3) The effect of debt to equity ratio on the firm value. (4) The effect asset growth on the firm value. The research design used was quantitative causal. The subject of research were in the Sub Sector Tourism is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the object of this research were firm size, debt to equity ratio, asset growth and firm value. The data was obtained by documentation technique, and by multiple linear regression analyzed. The result of this research shows that (1) There was a significant effect simultaneously from their firm size, debt to equity ratio, and asset growth simultaneously on the firm value about 61,2%, (2) There was a negative significant effect firm size on the firm value about 15,2%, (3) There was a positif significant effect debt to equity ratio on the firm value about 43,8%, (4) There was a positif not significant effect of asset growth on the firm value about 3,7%.
