PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMUNIKASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA NUSA DUA BEACH HOTEL AND SPA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan disiplin kerja karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Nusa Dua Beach Hotel And Spa. Subyek dalam Penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Nusa Dua Beach Hotel And Spa yang dimana karyawannya berjumlah 100 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS for Windows versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan disiplin kerja karyawan secara simultan mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan pada Nusa Dua Beach Hotel And Spa, (2) Kepemimpinan secara parsial mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan pada Nusa Dua Beach Hotel And Spa, (3) komunikasi secara Parsial mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan pada Nusa Dua Beach Hotel And Spa, (4) Disiplin kerja karyawan secara Parsial mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan pada Nusa Dua Beach Hotel And Spa.

This study aimed to determine the influence of leadership, communication, and work discipline of employees toward the employee's performance at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa. The research subjects were 100 employees of Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa. Data was collected through questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 22.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership, communication and work discipline of employees simultaneously affecting employees' performance at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa, (2) Leadership partially influence employees' performance at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa, (3) Partial communication affects employees' performance at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa, (4) Work discipline of employees partially affects employees' performance at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa.
