ANTESEDEN STRUKTUR MODAL PADA USAHA ALUMINIUM DAN BESI DI KABUPATEN BULELENG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, pertumbuhan penjualan, motivasi berprestasi, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap struktur modal usaha. Desain penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengusaha Aluminium dan Besi di Kabupaten Buleleng sebanyak 47 orang, dan objek penelitian adalah profitabilitas, pertumbuhan penjualan, motivasi berprestasi, pengalaman kerja, dan struktur modal. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, pencatatan dokumen, dan wawancara kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) profitabilitas, pertumbuhan penjualan, motivasi berprestasi, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal dengan sumbangan pengaruh yaitu 97%, (2) profitabilitas, motivasi berprestasi, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, (3) pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal.

This research has a purpose to test the effectiveness of profitability, sales growth, achievement motivation, and work experience toward the capital structure of business. The research design is causal quantitative research. The subject of this research are all of the Aluminum and Iron businessman in Buleleng Regency as many as 47 people, and the object of this research are profitability, sales growth, achievement motivation, work experience, and capital structure. The Data was obtained by questionnaire, documentation technique, and interview afterwards the data will analyze by doubled linear regression. The result of this research shows (1) profitability, sales growth, achievement motivation, and work experience have significant effect toward the capital structure. The effect is about 97%, (2) profitability achievement motivation and work experience has positive effect and siginificantly toward the capital structure, (3) sales growth share has negative effect and significantly toward the capital structure.
