PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSAKSIONAL, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI EMOSIONAL TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA PT. MERTHA BUANA MOTOR SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh (1) gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, disiplin kerja dan kompetensi emosional terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT. Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja. (2) gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT. Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja. (3) disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT. Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja. (4) kompetensi emosional terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT. Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja. (5) gaya kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap disiplin kerja pada PT. Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja. (6) kompetensi emosional terhadap disiplin kerja pada PT. Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, (1) gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, disiplin kerja, dan kompetensi emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. (2) gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. (4) kompetensi emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. (5) gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. (6) kompetensi emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja.

This study aims to examine the effect of (1) transactional leadership style, work discipline and emotional competence on work productivity at PT. Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja. (2) leadership style towards work productivity at PT. Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja. (3) work discipline on work productivity at PT. Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja. (4) emotional competence on work productivity at PT. Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja. (5) transactional leadership style towards work discipline at PT. Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja. (6) emotional competence towards work discipline at PT. Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja. The data analysis used in this study is path analysis. The results of the research obtained in this study show that, (1) transactional leadership style, work discipline, and emotional competence have a significant effect on work productivity. (2) transactional leadership style has a significant effect on work productivity. (3) work discipline has a significant effect on work productivity. (4) emotional competence has a significant effect on work productivity. (5) transactional leadership style has a significant effect on work discipline. (6) emotional competence has a significant effect on work discipline.
