PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN UNIT PRODUKSI DI COK KONFEKSI DENPASAR

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh (1) disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan unit produksi di Cok Konfeksi Denpasar, (2) disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan unit produksi di Cok Konfeksi Denpasar, dan (3) pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan unit produksi di Cok Konfeksi Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner dan wawancara. Kemudian, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan unit produksi di Cok Konfeksi Denpasar, (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan unit produksi di Cok Konfeksi Denpasar, dan (3) pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan unit produksi di Cok Konfeksi Denpasar.

This research aims to examine the effect of (1) work discipline and work experience simultaneously on work product ivity of production unit employees at Cok Konfeksi Denpasar, (2) work discipline on work productivity of production unit employees at Cok Konfeksi Denpasar, and (3) work experience with work productivity of production unit employees at Cok Konfeksi Denpasar. This research is quantitative research. Data collection is done by questionnaire and interview methods. Then, the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that (1) work discipline and work experience simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of production unit employees at Cok Konfeksi Denpasar, (2) work discipline had a positive and significant effect on work productivity of production unit employees at Cok Konfeksi Denpasar, and (3) work experience has a positive and significant effect on work productivity of production unit employees at Cok Konfeksi Denpasar.
