Rancangan dan Implementasi Sistem E-Learning Berbasis Web

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi berdampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, salah satunya pendidikan. E-learning merupakan salah satu dampak perkembangan teknologi di bidang pendidikan. Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan sistem e-learning memberikan kesempatan belajar tanpa dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem e-learning berbasis web. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (research and development). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan waterfall. Model ini terdiri dari tahap rekayasa dan pemodelan, tahap analisis, tahap desain, tahap implementasi, tahap pengujian dan tahap pemeliharaan. Subjek yang berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan ini meliputi pengguna dan pelaksana di bidang e-learning. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi analisis perbandingan, pendalaman dan penajaman, yang dilakukan dalam bentuk diskusi terbatas. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan sistem e-learning sudah sesuai dengan kurikulum dan kebutuhan guru dan peserta didik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa rancangan sistem e-learning layak diimplementasikan sebagai sarana pendukung pembelajaran di sekolah.
