Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara dalam bahasa Bali melalui pemberdayaan teknik bercerita inovatIf yang diimplementasikan melalui pembelajaran integratif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan di kelas III SD No. 2 Sukasada dengan subjek 24 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknik pembelajaran bercerita inovatif yang mengintegrasikan semua keterampilan berbahasa, yaitu mendengarkan, menulis, bercerita, dan membaca serta aspek bahasa seperti kosakata, gramatika, lafal dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa.
