PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN KETERAMPILAN KELOMPOK KECIL, PERORANGAN DAN MENGELOLA KELAS PADA MATA KULIAH MICRO TEACHING

Media video pembelajaran tentang keterampilan dasar mengajar sudah ada di Jurusan Teknologi Pendidikan, namun perlu untuk diperbarui dan dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan rancang bangun, mengetahui kualitas hasil video, mengetahui efektivitas media video pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi dan Evaluasi). Validasi video pembelajaran dilakukan oleh satu ahli isi pembelajaran, satu ahli desain pembelajaran, satu ahli media pembelajaran, 3 mahasiswa uji coba perorangan, 12 mahasiswa uji coba kelompok kecil, dan 29 mahasiswa uji coba lapangan. Efektivitas video pembelajaran dilakukan oleh 29 mahasiswa menggunakan penelitian pre-test dan post-test dan 4 orang mahasiswa sebagai sampel tes unjuk kerja. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner, metode tes dan metode observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, kuantitatif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini adalah deskripsi rancang bangun pengembangan, kualitas hasil pengembangan media dan efektivitas hasil pengembangan media video pembelajaran. Kualitas hasil pengembangan media menurut review ahli dan mahasiswa yaitu ahli isi pembelajaran 91% berada pada kategori sangat baik; ahli desain pembelajaran 91,1% berada pada kategori sangat baik; ahli media pembelajaran 84% berada pada kategori baik; uji coba perorangan 87,6% berada pada kategori baik; uji coba kelompok kecil 90% berada pada kategori sangat baik; uji coba lapangan 76,6% berada pada kategori baik. Efektivitas hasil pengembangan media video pembelajaran menunjukkan signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah thitung = 5,32 > ttabel =2,000. Persentase tingkat pencapaian tes unjuk kerja dari 4 mahasiswa sebagai sampel adalah di atas 85%. Ini berarti media video pembelajaran efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa.Kata Kunci : pengembangan, video pembelajaran, micro teaching
The media of video learning about the teaching basi skills already exist in The department of Educational technology, but it needs to be updated and developed. The purpose of this study is to describe the design, knowing the quality of the video and find out the effectiveness of instructional video media. This research is development research by using ADDIE models (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The validation of instructional videos made by an professional in learning content, an professional in instructional design, an professional in instructional media, 3 students in individual trials, 12 students in small group trials, and 29 students in field trials. The effectiveness of the instructional videos performed by 29 students that used pre-test and post-test research design and 4 students as a sampel Test performance. The datas were collected by questionnaire, Test methods and methods of observation. The data analysis using descriptive qualitative analysis, quantitative, and inferential statistics method. The results of this research is the description of the development design, the quality of media development and the effectiveness of the development of instructional video media. The quality of the development of media according to the professional review and student, the results are: the professional in learning content 91% are in very good category; the professional in instructional design 91,1% are in very good category; the professional in instructional media 84% are in good category; the individual trial 87.6% are in good category; the small group trial 90% are in very good category; the field trial 76.6% are in enough category. The effectiveness of the development of instructional video media gained the significance t-test= 5.32> t-table= 2.000. The percentage level of achievement test performance of the for students in The sampel si above 85%. This means instructional video media is effective in improving student learning outcomes.
