PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM KABUPATEN BULELENG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Buleleng. Subyek dalam Penelitian ini adalah pegawai perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Buleleng yang berjumlah 118 orang, kemudian pengambilan sampel sebanyak 54 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS for Windows versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pelatihan dan Kompensasi secara simultan mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Buleleng, (2) Pelatihan secara parsial mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Buleleng, (3) Kompensasi secara Parsial mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Buleleng.

This study aims to determine the effect of training and compensation on employee performance at the regional water supply company Buleleng district. Subjects in this researh are employees of local drinking water district of Buleleng which amounted to 118 people, then the sampling so that 54 employees. Data were collected by document recording and analyzed by multiple linier regression analysis with the help of the program spss version 16.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) training and compensation simultaneously effect the performance of employees at the regional water supply company Buleleng district, (2) training partially effect the employee perfomance at the regional water supply company of Buleleng district, (3) compensation partially effect the employee’s perfomance at the regional water company Buleleng district.
