PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK TERHADAP STRES KERJA PERAWAT PADA RUANG PERAWATAN RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KABUPATEN BULELENG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara simultan dan terhadap stres kerja dan (2) pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara parsial terhadap stres kerja perawat pada Ruang Perawatan Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian yaitu Perawat Ruang Perawatan Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng, dan objek penelitian yaitu beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner, dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh dari beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara simultan terhadap stres kerja (2) ada pengaruh positif signifikan dari beban kerja secara parsial terhadap stres kerja, dan (3) ada pengaruh negatif signifikan dari lingkungan kerja fisik secara parsial terhadap stres kerja perawat pada Ruang Perawatan Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng.

This study is aimed at identifying the tested explanative finding about the effect of: (1) Work load and physical working environmet simultanously and toward nurses stress of work, (2) Work load toward nurses stress of work, (3) Physical working environmet toward nurses stress of work in the intensive caredivisionat the public hospital of buleleng regancy. The design of this study was causal kuantitative. The subject of this study was nurses in the intensivedivision at the public hospital of Buleleng regancy an the object was work load, physical working environmet, and stress of work. The method daya collection was quisioner and was analized by using double linier regretion. The result of this study showed that: (1) Simultanously work load and physical working environmet affect toward nurses stress of work, (2) Work load positively and significantly affect toward nurses stress of work, (3) Physical working environment negatively and significantly affect toward nurses stress of work in the intensive care division at the public hospital of Buleleng regancy.
