Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh: (1) Kompensasi finansial dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Cemara Lake View Hotel dan Villa Bedugul Bali. (2) Kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Cemara Lake View Hotel dan Villa Bedugul Bali. (3) Disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Cemara Lake View Hotel dan Villa Bedugul Bali. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Cemara Lake View Hotel dan Villa Bedugul Bali dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kompensasi finansial, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan Cemara Lake View Hotel dan Villa Bedugul Bali. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, metode pencatatan dokumen dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Cemara Lake View Hotel dan Villa Bedugul. (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Cemara Lake View Hotel dan Villa Bedugul. (3) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Cemara Lake View Hotel dan Villa Bedugul.
Kata Kunci : disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan, kompensasi finansial.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect: (1) Financial compensation and work discipline on employee performance at Cemara Lake View Hotel and Villa Bedugul Bali. (2) Financial compensation for employee performance at Cemara Lake View Hotel and Villa Bedugul Bali. (3) Work discipline on employee performance at Cemara Lake View Hotel and Villa Bedugul Bali. Subjects in this study were employees of Cemara Lake View Hotel and Villa Bedugul Bali and the objects in this study were financial compensation, work discipline and employee performance Cemara Lake View Hotel and Villa Bedugul Bali. Data collection methods used were questionnaires, document recording method and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: (1) Compensation and work discipline simultaneously effect the performance of employees at Cemara Lake View Hotel and Villa Bedugul. (2) Compensation has significant effect on employee performance at Cemara Lake View Hotel and Villa Bedugul. (3) Work discipline has significant effect on employee performance at Cemara Lake View Hotel and Villa Bedugul.
