PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KOLEKTOR PADA PT FEDERAL INTERNATIONAL FINANCE CABANG SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh (1) stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja kolektor, (2) stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja kolektor, (3) stres kerja terhadap kinerja kolektor, dan (4) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja kolektor pada PT. Federal International Finance Cabang Singaraja. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja kolektor, (2) stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja kolektor, (3) stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kolektor, dan (4) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kolektor pada PT. Federal International Finance Cabang Singaraja.

This study aimed at determining the effect of (1) job stress and job satisfaction toward collector's performance, (2) job stress toward collector's job satisfaction, (3) job stress toward collector's performance, and (4) job satisfaction toward collector's performance at PT. Federal International Finance in Singaraja. The design of this study was causal quantitative. The population of this study amounted to 40 people. Data were collected by questionnaire, and analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that: (1) job stress and job satisfaction had significant effect toward collector's performance (2) job stress had a negative and significant effect toward collector job satisfaction, (3) job stress had a negative and significant effect toward collector's performance, and (4) job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect toward collector's performance at PT. Federal International Finance in Singaraja.
