PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PD BPR BANK BULELENG 45

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji tentang pengaruh (1) lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan, (3) lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada di PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45, dan objek penelitian adalah lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 50 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45.

This research aims to examine the effect of (1) work environment and working discipline toward the performance of employees, (2) working environment towards working discipline of employees, (3) working environment toward the performance of employees, and (4) working discipline toward the perfomance of employees in PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45. The research design used was quantitative causal. The subject of this study were all employees in PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45 and the objects of this study were the work environment, working discipline, and the perfomance of employees. The population amounted to 50 people. The data was collected by a questionnaire and analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that: (1) the work environment and working discipline had a significant effect on employee performance, 2) the work environment had a positive and significant effect on working discipline, (3) the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) working discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PD BPR Bank Buleleng employees 45.
