Abstract

Permasalahan melatarbelakangi penelitian ini, (1) guru masih menggunakan metode konvensional, (2) guru masih menggunakan siswa merasa bosan pada mata pelajaran IPA, Tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan desain pengembangan multimedia interaktif pada mata pelajaran IPA. Disamping itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas hasil pengembangan multimedia interaktif pada mata pelajaran IPA, menurut review ahli, uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil, dan uji coba lapangan. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model Hannafin and Peck (analyze, design, development and implementation). Subyek coba terdiri dari seorang ahli isi mata pelajaran, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli media pembelajaran, uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil, dan uji coba lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pencatatan dokumen dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan berdasarkan desain (flowchat) dan (storyboard). Hasil evaluasi ahli isi sebesar 95,55% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil Evaluasi ahli desain sebesar 80% kualifikasi baik. Hasil evaluasi ahli media sebesar 90% kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil uji perorangan sebesar 89,86% kualifikasi baik. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 85,13% kualifikasi baik. Hasil uji lapangan sebesar 83,62% kualifikasi baik. Penghitungan hasil belajar manual diperoleh hasil t hitung sebesar 18,53. Harga t tabel taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 2,000. Jadi harga t hitung lebih besar dari harga t tabel sehingga H0 ditolak H1 diterima. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan multimedia interaktif. Rata-rata sebelum menggunakan media yaitu (57,75) lebih rendah dibandingkan sesudah menggunakan media (85,34).

The problem underlying the present study, (1) the teachers are still using conventional methods, (2) the teacher is still using students feel bored in science subjects, the design goal is to describe the development of interactive multimedia on teaching science. Besides, this study also aims to determine the quality of the development of interactive multimedia on teaching science, according to expert reviews, individual testing, small group testing, and field trials. This study uses a model development Hannafin and Peck (analyze, design, development and implementation). The subjects consisted of an expert trying to course content, instructional design experts, instructional media expert, individual testing, small group testing, and field trials. Data collection methods used were recording documents and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis, qualitative descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study is an interactive multimedia developed by design (flowchart) and (storyboard). The results of the expert evaluation of the content of 95.55% with excellent qualifications. Evaluation results of 80% of design experts well qualified. The results of the expert evaluation of media by 90% excellent qualifications. Individual test results by 89.86% better qualifications. The results of testing a small group of well qualified by 85.13%. The results of the field test was 83.62% better qualifications. The calculation results obtained by manual learning outcomes t count of 18.53. Price t table significance level of 5% is 2.000. So the price of t is greater than t table so the price is rejected H0 H1 accepted. There are significant differences in science learning outcomes of students before and after the use of interactive multimedia. Average before using media that is (57.75) was lower than after using the media (85.34).
