PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN KETERAMPILAN BERTANYA DAN MEMBERI PENGUATAN PADA MATA KULIAH PENGAJARAN MIKRO

Video pembelajaran tentang keterampilan bertanya dan memberi penguatan perlu untuk diperbarui di Jurusan Teknologi Pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan rancangan pengembangan, mendeskripsikan kualitas video, dan mengetahui efektivitas media video pembelajaran. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE (analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi). Validasi video dilakukan oleh satu ahli isi pembelajaran, satu ahli desain pembelajaran, satu ahli media pembelajaran, 3 orang mahasiswa uji coba perorangan, 12 orang mahasiswa uji coba kelompok kecil, dan 29 orang mahasiswa uji coba lapangan. Efektivitas video pembelajaran dilakukan oleh 29 orang mahasiswa menggunakan desain penelitian pre-test dan post-test dan 4 orang mahasiswa sebagai sampel tes unjuk kerja. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner, tes dan observasi dengan instrumen lembar kuesioner, tes objektif dan lembar observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, kuantitatif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini adalah deskripsi rancangan pengembangan, kualitas hasil pengembangan video dan efektivitas hasil pengembangan video pembelajaran. Kualitas hasil pengembangan media menurut review ahli dan mahasiswa yaitu: a) ahli isi pembelajaran 93,3% pada kategori sangat baik; b) ahli desain pembelajaran 92% pada kategori sangat baik; c) ahli media pembelajaran 86% berada pada kategori baik; d) uji coba perorangan 85,3% pada kategori baik; (e) uji coba kelompok kecil 90,5% pada kategori sangat baik; (f) dan uji coba lapangan 82,55% pada kategori baik. Efektivitas hasil pengembangan media video pembelajaran menunjukkan signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah thitung = 3,21 > ttabel =2,000. Persentase tingkat pencapaian tes unjuk kerja 4 orang mahasiswa sebagai sampel di atas 85%. Ini berarti media video pembelajaran efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa.Kata Kunci : pengembangan, video pembelajaran, pengajaran mikro
Video learning about teaching skills to ask and provide reinforcement need to be updated in the Department Educational of Technology. The purpose of this study is to describe the design of the development, describing the video quality, and determine the effectiveness of the instructional video media. This research is the development by using models ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). Validation videos made by an expert learning content, the instructional design experts, one expert instructional media, 3 students individual trials, 12 trials small group of students, and 29 students from field trials. The effectiveness of the instructional video performed by 29 students research design pre-test and post-test and 4 students as samples of working test. Data were collected by questionnaire, tests and observation with instruments questionnaire, objective tests and form of observation. The data analysis using descriptive analysis qualitative, quantitative and inferential statistics. Results of this research is the description of the design of the development, the quality of video development and effectiveness of the development of instructional video media. The quality of the development of media according to the review expert and student namely: a) expert learning content 93.3% are in the very good category; b) 92% of instructional design experts are in the very good category; c) 86% of instructional media experts are in the good category; d) individual testing was 85.3% in both categories; (E) testing a small group 90.5% are in the very good category; (F) and field trials which 82.55% are in the good category. The effectiveness of the development of instructional video media show gained significance is t = 3.21> t table = 2.000. The percentage of the achievement stage in working test form 4 students as samples is above 85%.This means instructional video media effective in improving student learning outcomes.
