PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF MATA PELAJARAN IPA SISWA KELAS VII SEMESTER GENAP TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014 DI SMP NEGERI 4 NEGARA

Permasalahan yang melandasi penelitian ini adalah rendahnya minat siswa untuk mengikuti pelajaran yang dialami oleh siswa kelas VII D di SMP Negeri 4 Negara dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam karena terbatasnya media yang mampu memvisualisasikan materi pelajaran khususnya materi Pemanasan Global dan Ekosistem. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) yang layak pakai, sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Desseminate). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode pencatatan dokumen, metode kuesioner dan metode tes yang dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, kuantitatif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) uji ahli isi mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (93,3%), (2) uji ahli media pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi baik (88.8%), (3) uji ahli desain pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (92%), (4) uji coba perorangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (91,4%) (5) uji coba kelompok kecil berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (92,6%) dan (6) uji coba lapangan berada pada kualikasi sangat baik (91,1%). Disimpulkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini telah menghasilkan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif pada mata pelajaran IPA khususnya materi pemanasan global dan ekosistem yang layak pakai serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa di SMP Negeri 4 Negara.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, multimedia interaktif, mata pelajaran IPA.
The problem underlying this study is low interest of students to follow lessons experienced by the students of class VII D at SMP Negeri 4 Negara in the learning process follows the natural sciences because of the limited medium that is able to visualize the subject matter especially Global Warming and Ecosystem material. Therefore, this research aims to produce a multimedia interactive learning subjects of Natural Science (IPA) which is suitable to be used, in accordance with the needs and characteristics of students. The method used in this research is the development of research methods 4D models (Define, Design, Develop, Desseminate). Data collection method used is the method of recording documents, questionnaires and test methods are analyzed with descriptive analysis of qualitative, quantitative and inferential statistics. The results showed (1) test expert subject matter content of Natural Science (IPA) are in excellent qualifications (93.3%), (2) test instructional media specialists are in good qualifications (88.8%), (3) test experts instructional design are in excellent qualifications (92%), (4) individual trials are in excellent qualifications (91.4%) (5) small group trials are in excellent qualifications (92.6%) and (6 ) field trials are in very good qualifications (91.1%). It was concluded that in this study has produced a multimedia interactive learning in science subjects, especially global warming and ecosystem material proper use and in accordance with the needs and characteristics of students at SMP Negeri 4 Negara.
