PENGARUH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI HOTEL BANYUALIT SPA n RESORT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) tingkat pendidikan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) tingkat pendidikan terhadap disiplin kerja, (3) tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Banyualit Spa ‘n Resort. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Hotel Banyualit Spa ‘n Resort dan objek penelitian ini adalah tingkat pendidikan, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data tingkat pendidikan, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tingkat pendidikan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, (3) tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Banyualit Spa ‘n Resort.

This research aimed to obtain an explanatory findings were tested on the effect of (1) level of education and work discipline on job satisfaction, (2) level of education on work discipline, (3) level of education on job satisfaction, and (4) work discipline on job satisfaction of Hotel Banyualit Spa ‘n Resort. The research design used in this study was causal quantitative. The subjects of this research were of Hotel Banyualit Spa ‘n Resort and object of this research were level of education, work discipline, and job satisfaction. The sample of research amounted 30 employees. The data were collected by questionnaire for collected data level of education, work discipline, and job satisfaction. The data were analyzed by path analysis. The result of the research showed that: (1) level of education and work discipline had significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) level of education had a positive significant effect on work discipline, (3) level of education had a positive significant effect on job satisfaction, and (4) work discipline had a positive significant effect on job satisfaction.
