PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN E-LEARNING BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA MATA PELAJARAN ILMU PENGETAHUAN ALAM KELAS VIII B SEMESTER GENAP DI SMP NEGERI 1 NEGARA

Permasalahan yang dialami oleh siswa kelas VIII B di SMP Negeri 1 Negara dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam adalah belum tersedianya sumber bacaan yang relevan dengan materi pelajaran, jam pelajaran yang kurang berimbang terhadap padatnya materi pelajaran, dan keterbatasan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan relevan khususnya materi alat optik. Oleh Karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan media pembelajaran mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam (IPA) khususnya pada materi alat optik yang layak pakai, sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa, serta mampu memberikan daya tarik sekaligus dapat memudahkan siswa belajar individual (mandiri). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Desseminate). Data kualitas produk dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen, kuesioner, dan tes tertulis yang dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, kuantitatif, dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) uji ahli isi mata pelajaran IPA berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (96,6%), (2) uji ahli media pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi baik (84%), (3) uji ahli desain pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi baik (86,6%), (4) uji coba perorangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (92%), uji kelompok kecil berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (93,83%), uji coba lapangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (93,6%), (5) uji efektivitas menunjukan peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar (17,16%). Disimpulkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini telah menghasilkan media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam (IPA) yang layak pakai, sesuai kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa.Kata Kunci : pengembangan, media pembelajaran, e-learning, website.
Problems faced by the students of class VIII B in SMP Negeri 1 State in following the process of learning science is the unavailability of source readings relevant to the subject matter, hours of lessons less balanced against the dense subject matter, and the limitations of learning media especially interesting and relevant material optical instrument. By Therefore, this research aims to generate medium of learning science subjects (IPA), particularly on the material optical instruments suitable to be used, in accordance with the needs and characteristics of students, and be able to provide traction as well as to facilitate students learning of individual (independent). The method used in this research is the development of research methods 4D models (Define, Design, Develop, Desseminate). Data were collected by recording product quality documents, questionnaires, and written tests were analyzed with descriptive analysis of qualitative, quantitative, and inferential statistics. The results showed (1) test the contents of teaching science experts are in excellent qualifications (96.6%), (2) test instructional media specialists are in good qualifications (84%), (3) test instructional design experts are on qualifications good (86.6%), (4) individual trials are in excellent qualifications (92%), a small group of test are in excellent qualifications (93.83%), field trials are in excellent qualifications (93, 6%), (5) the effectiveness of the test showed improvement of learning outcomes (17.16%). Concluded that in this study has produced instructional media on the subjects of natural science (IPA) which is suitable to be used, as needed, and characteristics of students.
