PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF BERBASIS FLASH MATA PELAJARAN PKn KELAS VI SD

Masalah yang ditemukan di SD Negeri 2 Seririt yakni masih rendahnya hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan siswa kelas VI dan belum adanya pemanfaatan media dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk menghasilkan dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa dan mampu memberikan daya tarik sekaligus meningkatkan minat belajar serta prestasi siswa disekolah, 2) Untuk mengetahui kualifikasi haasil Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran CD Multimedia Interaktif pada Mata Pelajaran PKn Kelas VI semester Genap di SD Negeri 2 Seririt tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 dilihat dari hasil kegiatan validasi oleh ahli isi bidang studi, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli mata pelajaran, uji perorangan dan uji kelompok kecil. Model penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan produk analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation (ADDIE). Data tentang kualitas produk pengembangan ini dikumpulkan dengan angket atau kuisioner yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskrip kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek uji coba terdiri dari dari seorang ahli isi mata pelajaran PKn, ahli media pembelajaran, ahli desain pembelajaran, tikga orang siswa untuk uji perorangan serta duabelas orang siswa untuk uji kelompok kecil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) uji ahli isi mata pelajaran PKn berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (presentase = 93%), (2) uji ahli media pembelajaran berada pada klisifikasi baik (presentase = 82%), (3) uji ahli desain pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi baik (presentase = 80%), (4) uji coba perorangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (presentase = 90%), (5) uji kelompok kecil berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (presentase 90%).Kata Kunci : pengembangan, multimedia interaktif, PKn
The problems that found in SD Negeri 2 Seririt were still found the lowest of Citizenship Education learning outcomes of sixth grade students and the lack of use of media in teaching. This study aims 1) to produce and develop interactive multimedia-based learning media on subjects Citizenship Education in accordance with needed and the characteristics’ of students and are able to provide traction while increase students' interest in learning and achievement in school. 2) To determine the result of Instructional Media Development qualification Interactive Multimedia CD on sixth grade Civics lesson in elementary School in the 2 semester Seririt in academic year 2013/2014 it can be seen from the results of the validation activities who fielded by expert content of study, the instructional of design expert, expert instructional media, test and test individual small in groups. The model of this research is the development of products Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE). The data about the development of product quality are collected by questionnaire or the questionnaires were then analyzed by using descriptive analysis of qualitative and quantitative. The test of subject consists of an expert of subject content Civics, instructional media specialists, instructional design experts, three students for individual trials and twelve students to test into small groups. This results showed (1) test expert subject matter content Civics are in excellent qualifications (percentage = 93%), (2) test instructional media specialists are in good qualification (percentage = 82%), (3) instructional design experts are testing on either qualification (percentage = 80%), (4) individual trials are in excellent qualifications (percentage = 90%), (5) a small group of test are in excellent qualifications (percentage = 90%).
